I know the football authorities don’t give a shit about fans, but what is the wisdom of selling non-transferable tickets to fans from four teams now when only 2 can make the final?

I’ve had an email this morning from UEFA saying that any successful applications that aren’t taken up may be offered to those unsuccessful ones. Covered their arses on that then. Thanks

So, 2 x unsuccessful applications and having read Wils question below, I set about reading the FAQ on the website etc to see what happens to the thousands of successful Frankfurter applications when we dump them out.

Does anyone have any idea if there will be a further round and whether original applicants are auto-enrolled?

Anyone know how this would work. Me and my mate applied for 2 tickets each using same Group ID. My mate was successful but I wasn't. If either of us was successful then the idea was for us to both go as the other names submitted were not too bothered if they went or not. Obviously my mate's "spare" ticket has got another name/passport ID on so anyone know what would happen if I was to take the "spare".

So I guess if we got through, the Frankfurt fans and the losers of the other match will just not pay before the Friday 2pm deadline and UEFA will put them back up for sale?
How will that work? Another ballot or first come first served on the site?

You won't be able to sell on unless the seller AND the buyer are in Seville
I won 2 tickets for the CL final before
Sold them on at the venue, Wembley
What UEFA do is distribute the tickets on the day, a couple of hours before the game.
The buyer has to show passport etc

I got 3 x tickets for the final but if we don't make it I don't know if I'd be able to sell on because you had to register who the tickets were for and their passport details and all that.
